To increase the longevity of your Spray Wrap we suggest that initially you ensure the wheel is as clean as possible to prevent any dirt or grime that may lift off the metal and cause for a blemish beneath the paint layer.
After fully cleaning the wheel and applying the Spray Wrap product we suggest that you let it set in temperatures above 20 degrees celsius. This will enable the wheel to bond with the paint correctly and increase the life of the wrap.
When cleaning your wrap after it has dried properly we suggest that you refrain from using a high pressure hose to rinse or wash the wheel. A normal hose or bucket rinse wash is preferred with warm water and the use of a sponge. Please note that you can still take your car through a drive through car wash.
Finally try not to leave bird droppings or any other form of acidic residue on the wheels for too long. The acidity may eat away at the paint product and create dame effected areas. Obviously you could re apply more Spray Wrap to effected areas but prevent the need to if possible and save the spare paint for scratch repairs or unforeseeable damage.
